Aaronson has 59 caps and 9 goals for the national team, and the 11 on the back is the same number he wears at Leeds United, which is a rarer thing than it sounds. Aaronson is from Medford, New Jersey. He came through the Philadelphia Union academy, moved to Red Bull Salzburg, then to Leeds for a reported £24.7 million in 2022, and made his Premier League debut at 21. In 2025/26, his first season back in the top flight with Leeds, he played more often than anyone else in the squad, made 42 appearances across all competitions, and scored a brace at Newcastle in a 4-3 game in January.

The 24/25 home takes the opposite approach: a clean white base, red white and blue ribbing at the collar and cuffs, and "One Nation, One Team" inside the neck.
