DO NOT USE A SHOE BOX AS A SHIPPING BOX AND MAIL IT BACK THAT WAY. This will result in a non-refund and item will be shipped back to you.
All purchases have a 30-day return policy. Returns over 30 days will not be accepted.
All customized jerseys are final sale. Customized meaning we added a patch and or name/number that does not originally come on the jersey.
Items must be in NEW condition. Try on items indoors; do not play in them.
Apparel items must be returned with original tags and packaging. Do not use the original shoe box or packaging as a shipping box. Because we want all customers to have a great experience, we can't resell items if they aren't in new condition, including the box, packaging and original manufacturer tags.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Proof of purchase can be your email confirmation, the packing slip received with the shipment, or your order number.
